Es sind die eigentümlichen Klima-Gesetze des politischen Sommerlochs, die Politiker und Zeitungen noch tiefer fliegen lassen als etwa im Winter. In diesem Jahr schießt CDU-Generalsekretär Ronald Pofalla alle anderen Vögel ab, mit seinem Vorstoß für eine Unterhaltspflicht von Kindern gegenüber ihren arbeitslosen Eltern. Dass die „Bild“-Zeitung und andere dummdemokratische Mainstreammedien dies als große Tat „für die Stärkung der Familie“ bewerten, setzt dem Grasnarbenast die Krone auf. Einmal mehr zeigt sich nämlich, dass das genaue Gegenteil der vermeintlichen politischen Innovation zum Ziel führen würde. Es dürften nicht weitere Doppel- und dann Dreifach-Zahler in ein marodes System gepresst werden, sondern Hartz IV und jedwede Sozialhilfe müssten umgekehrt restlos abgeschafft werden. Somit in Notlagen auf wirkliche, also freiwillige Solidarität angewiesene Arbeitslose, würden Familien in der Tat stärker aneinander binden.
Zwang wie von Pofalla gefordert wird das genaue Gegenteil bewirken. Ausgerechnet für nichtsnutzige Sozialhilfekarrieren, für die asozialsten Familienmitglieder, müssten Verwandte plötzlich den letzten Rest ihres ohnehin arg steuer- und abgabenreduzierten Einkommens hergeben. Es ist dieselbe Geschichte wie beim staatlich festgesetzten Pflichterbe für missratene und unverschämte Kinder: Die Zwangsversorgung bewirkt Familienzerstörung, unsoziales Verhalten und am Ende nicht selten gewalttätige Auseinandersetzungen oder Mord aus Geldgier. Es wäre auch im Pofallaland vorhersehbar, dass die Rate der Vergiftungen an oder der tödlichen Unfälle von allzu teuren Eltern am Ende ansteigen würde. Abgesehen davon, dass für weitere Hunderttausende der letzte Rest Ansporn zum Arbeiten verloren gehen würden. Klar, Pofalla will an der Stelle „Freibeträge“ einbauen und damit die kleinen Einkommen schützen, wie immer. Er verkennt, dass es schon heute die „Besserverdiener“ sind, die oft kurz davor stehen, den Büttel der mühsamen Arbeit hinzuschmeißen. Sie haben genug gearbeitet in die Taschen der Pofallas dieser Welt und in die, welche sie gleich mit offen halten. Immer sind es Politiker, Bürokraten und andere Erbschleicher und Nichtsnutze, die profitieren, während die letzten Leistungsträger nach und nach mit dem Streik beginnen (werden). Wenn sie sich nicht gegenseitig totschlagen, werden sich im neuen Pofalla-Country Kinder und Eltern in neu gewonnener Hartz IV-Eintracht vertragen und die letzten Zahlenden ins perverse System gemeinsam auslachen.
Natürlich erhält Pofalla von den Kommunen Beifall, die durch seinen Vorschlag ja auch gerade entlastet werden sollen: „Das ist ein richtiger Ansatz. Wir müssen davon weg, dass der Staat für alles verantwortlich ist“, sagte etwa der Hauptgeschäftsführer des Deutschen Städte- und Gemeindebundes, Gerd Landsberg. Er meint Pofallas Vorschlag, nicht etwa den genannten Gegenvorschlag. Der würde tatsächlich davon wegkommen, dass der Staat für alles verantwortlich ist. Und er würde echte Familiensolidarität stärken. Pofalla dagegen lässt die Staatskrake nun zusätzlich auch noch intrafamiliär durchgreifen. Nüchtern betrachtet freut sich Landsberg ohnehin nur eigennützig für seine Beamtenkollegen. Schön nämlich, dass zukünftig neue Aufgaben – etwa der Intrafamilienumverteilungssozialwirt mit Polizeimarke – geschaffen und die Einnahmen des Apparates noch einmal erhöht werden, und nicht etwa bei den Ausgaben gespart wird. Wo kämen wir auch da hin?
Schlimm ist, dass Pofalla nicht nur vom eiskalten Sozialtechnokraten Norbert Blüm, sondern sogar von der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Selbständiger Unternehmer Beifall erhält. ASU-Präsident Patrick Adenauer, eigentlich ein ausgewiesener Liberaler, meint mit Blick auf Pofalla: „Selbstverständlich muss familiäre Solidarität vor staatlicher Solidarität kommen.“ Ja natürlich. Nur will Pofalla das Gegenteil von echter Solidarität.
